Test the IQ's of the wealthy rich white middle class against the proverty-stricken niggas with poor schooling and parents who never even graduated high school, reinforce Racial Hierarchy, introduce drugs in their communitiesto destroy them (Large Amounts of COCAINE magically travel from Columbia to Urban Black Communities at the beginning of the drug epidemic in the 70's) Allow drugs to further destroy their families and communities, instead of opening up Rehabilitation centers, find out what drugs these people use the most and implement harsh mandatory sentencing guidelines to further destroy the families and communities. Change racism to Nationalism and reinforce Racial Hierarchy through media, crime stats, IQ TEST, and other Racist Propaganda .
